  12. I am installing VisualC++ from CD into WIN95.  I get an error message that
  13. LZ31.Dll file missing.  Where do I get this file and where do I put it. 
  14. Any help would be appreciated.  Mr. Big Brother MicroSoft is no help, I
  15. cant get through the hot line.
